SEC Deputy Secretary-General Chalee Chantanayingyong gave a keynote address on ASEAN CG Scorecard at the “Company Secretary’s Roles on the Preparation for AEC” seminar to encourage Thai listed firms to raise corporate governance practices and adopt the ASEAN CG Scorecard as a mutual measure when the ASEAN Economic Community takes off in 2015. The seminar was organized by the Thai Company Secretary Club of the Thai Listed Companies Association, on August 8, 2012 at PTT Headquarters.
