Ginger adds spice to the 2025 Vegetarian Festival

This October, Holiday Inn Bangkok joins in the celebration of Thailand's annual nine-day Vegetarian Festival with a special "Kin Jay" menu at Ginger. Guests are invited to savour an array of flavoursome vegetarian favourites, whether as a wholesome weekday lunch with colleagues, a vibrant Friday or Saturday dinner with friends, or a relaxed Sunday lunch with family.

Tasty, nourishing and prepared to perfection, delicious fresh salads, appetizers and main course dishes are served on a rotational basis. The menu's offerings include stand-out appetizers such as deep-fried sweetcorn fritters with red chilli curry paste, and Thai spicy bean curd with roasted rice and a refreshing salad of mint leaves. From the many and varied main course offerings, signature recommendations include green curry with bean curd, vegetables and basil, and a piquant dish of stir-fried bean curd with ginger and black mushroom jelly.

Feed body and spirit this Autumn with the special Vegetarian Festival menu at Ginger. Available 21 to 29 October 2025. Lunch from 12.00 to 14.30 hours and dinner from 18.00 to 22.30 hours. Lunch buffet on Monday to Saturday is priced at THB 599++ per person. Dinner buffet on Friday and Saturday is priced at THB 799++ per person. Sunday Lunch Buffet is priced at THB 799++ per person.
