
Entering its third year, "Dhamma in the Park" by the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC), in collaboration with the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, continues to offer a welcoming space for people of all ages to nurture their mind and well-being throughout 2026.
Held on the first Saturday of each month amid the serene greenery of Benjakitti Park, the program creates a calm, open-air setting where urban communities can pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves in the heart of the city.

This year, the initiative expands its learning approach by bringing together experts from diverse fieldsalongside Dhamma reflections from Buddhist monks. With rotating themes each month, participants are encouraged to explore new perspectives and apply them naturally in ways best suited to their everyday lives.
The first session of the year will take place on Saturday, 7 February 2026, featuring Dr. Kanapon Phumratprapin (Dr. Tum), Founder of Health at Home, a medical application providing at-home care for patients and older adults. Under the theme "The Art of Longevity: Sustainable Physical and Mental Well-being in 2026", he will share practical insights on healthy livingfrom sleep and nutrition to exercise and mental healthencouraging participants to reflect on their lifestyles and strengthen both body and mind for the year ahead.

By opening the learning space to diverse perspectives from various experts alongside Dhamma teachings, we aim to support holistic well-being and inspire more balanced living in a natural and welcoming environment."
The "Dhamma in the Park" session will be held on Saturday, 7 February 2026, from 8:30 to 10:00 a.m. at Benjakitti Park (Buddha Plaza). Mats and chairs will be provided for participants' convenience, and the activity is free of charge.
