The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) hosted a seminar on “Private Equity: Business Alliances for Business Growth” at Plaza Athenee Bangkok, A Royal Meridien Hotel, on August 28, 2012. At the event, SEC Secretary-General Vorapol Socatiyanurak (third from left) and private equity (PE ) experts shared their views and experiences to enhance private sector’s understanding in using PE as a financing tool for business growth.
