Bangkok Bank Executive Vice President Narin Opamuratawongse (2nd from left) congratulated EASY BUY Director and Chief Financial Officer Naofumi Nakanishi (center) and Director and Executive Director Shigeo Yamonoi (right) for a sequence of three successful debentures distributions, over a period of one year. The debentures have maturities of 2-4 years and are valued at Baht 6.84 billion in total. The funds raised through the debenture issuances will be used for cash flow and to repay existing debentures as they fall due. The distributions attracted great interest from retail investors. The secured debentures received a credit rating of BBB+ from TRIS Rating, while the unsecured debentures received a rating of BBB. Bangkok Bank is a main distributor. Other distributors includes Thanachart Bank, CIMB (Thai), Capital Nomura Securities and KT Zmico Securities.
