Chef Luca Russo's March menu places the Black truffle firmly designed to highlight the ingredient's natural elegance, the menu showcases thoughtfully composed dishes that allow flavours to unfold with subtlety and depth. Guests can indulge in velvety foie gras complemented by hazelnut and black truffle THB 1,150++, savour traditional homemade tagliolini tossed with parmesan and fresh truffle THB 1,150++, or delight in a creamy risotto paired with premium scallops and black truffle THB 1,550++.
