CIMB Thai Bank PCL has announced appointment of Silawat Santivisat as Senior Executive Vice President in charge of Group Information and Operations Division, taking care of Technology Division, Operation Division, Business Process Development Division and Transformation Office, effected since September 1st, 2012.
Silawat, 49 years old, graduated with Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Chulalongkorn University with honors and Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, U.S.A. He also graduated with Master of Management from Sasin Graduate Institute of Business Administration of Chulalongkorn University.
Before his appointment as Senior Executive Vice President at CIMB Thai Bank, Silawat was First Senior Vice President of Retail Banking Division in Kasikorn Bank, Executive Vice President Transaction Banking, Cash Management Business in TMB Bank. And he also worked in ABN Amro, Bank of Asia, Citibank, International Engineering Company (IEC), True Corporation and Shell Thailand.
