Bangkok Baking Company (BBCO) at JW Marriott Bangkok presents Choco-Licious, a limited-edition collection of five handcrafted desserts celebrating chocolate in all its delicious forms.
Available now through October 31, 2026, the collection features dark, milk, white and ruby chocolate in a variety of preparations, complemented by ingredients such as raspberry, coconut, lemon, lychee, coffee and hazelnut. From delicate sponge and crisp pastry to smooth mousse and rich ganache, each dessert offers a different take on the much-loved ingredient.
Inspired by the classic Australian treat, the Double Chocolate Raspberry Lamington Cake features soft chocolate sponge, coconut dacquoise, raspberry jam and ruby chocolate mousse, finished with coconut Chantilly and dark chocolate ganache.
The Milk Chocolate and Lemon Doberge Cake give the American layered classic a citrus twist, with vanilla buttermilk cake, dark chocolate pudding, milk chocolate ganache and lemon cream.
Dressed in a tuxedo-inspired design, the Black-Tie Cheesecake conceals layers of chocolate and white chocolate cheesecake, espresso cake and caramel chocolate mousse beneath a finish of white chocolate mascarpone Chantilly.
The vibrant pink Ruby Chocolate Lychee Strawberry Cake brings together ruby chocolate sponge, strawberry-lychee confit, elderflower-scented whipped ganache and lychee-strawberry mousse for a lighter, fruit-forward interpretation.
For those who enjoy a little crunch, the Chocolate Hazelnut Millefeuille features crisp chocolate puff pastry, chocolate custard, caramel chocolate ganache and hazelnut mousse, with hazelnut croustillant providing an additional layer of texture.
Each dessert is priced at THB 250 net per piece and available throughout October 2026 at Bangkok Baking Company (BBCO), JW Marriott Hotel Bangkok.
