TBN Corporation Public Company Limited (TBN) has partnered with Juris Technologies (JurisTech), a leading lending technology provider from Asia, to develop end-to-end digital lending solutions. The partnership brings AI-powered technology together across the lending process, connecting loan application, credit assessment and approval with loan management and collections under the concept of "One Connected Lending Lifecycle." The collaboration aims to improve efficiency, reduce operating costs and duplicated work, strengthen credit assessment, and support lenders in responding to increasingly stringent regulatory requirements and changes in Thailand's lending market.

Mr. Panayu Sirikrachangsri, Chief Executive Officer of TBN and a leader in Intelligent Digital Platforms, said the partnership responds to challenges in Thailand's lending market, including limited access to credit, operating costs, incomplete information available for assessing loan applicants, and increasingly stringent regulatory requirements. At the same time, technology systems used at different stages often operate separately, resulting in repeated data handoffs, manual work, and delays in adapting lending policies or products.
TBN and JurisTech aim to connect data, decision-making and workflows throughout the lending lifecycle, from customer acquisition, onboarding and credit assessment to approval, disbursement, loan management, collections, debt restructuring, recovery and litigation. With JurisTech's AI capabilities embedded into these workflows, financial institutions can automate document processing, improve credit assessment, optimise lending decisions and strengthen risk management, while maintaining human oversight and control. This connected approach will give lenders a more comprehensive view of customer information, reduce manual work and duplicated processes, and enable them to respond more quickly and flexibly to evolving business and regulatory requirements.
"What we aim to do is help lenders achieve both Right to Play and Right to Win, operating in compliance with regulatory requirements and managing risk systematically, while improving the efficiency of the lending process through faster decisions and reduced steps and costs. This enables lenders to manage their business effectively and improve profitability. We bring technology and connected data across the lending lifecycle to help make both possible and enable lenders to compete more effectively," said Panayu Sirikrachangsri, Chief Executive Officer, TBN, said.
"At JurisTech, we believe the future of lending will not be defined by AI alone, but by how effectively AI is applied across the entire credit lifecycle, from customer acquisition and onboarding to decisioning, servicing and collections," said See Wai Hun, Chief Executive Officer, JurisTech.
"Thailand is one of the region's most progressive financial markets. Through our partnership with TBN, we are combining JurisTech's deep lending expertise and proven 360? AI Lending Technology with TBN's strong local presence, technological capabilities and understanding of the Thai market. Together, we aim to help banks and financial institutions move beyond isolated digital initiatives towards truly connected, intelligent lending, enabling faster decisions, stronger risk management, greater operational efficiency and better customer experiences," she added.
The partnership will support both banks and non-bank lenders. At this stage, the companies are focusing on reaching the non-bank segment, which is growing in Thailand's lending market and is facing changes in rules and regulatory requirements. Non-bank lenders also play a role in expanding access to credit for consumers and small businesses, while managing challenges including customers with limited credit information, operating costs, service speed and regulatory compliance.
The two companies aim to bring AI and end-to-end lending systems together to improve customer assessment, reduce repetitive work, and strengthen lending process management in a systematic way, while supporting future changes in business needs and regulations.
The MOU marks the beginning of combining regional lending technology with expertise in operations in Thailand, helping lenders move from separate systems toward a connected lending lifecycle. The partnership will support faster decisions, greater flexibility in adapting processes, and continuous customer management.
