Honda Automobile (Thailand) Co., Ltd., continues to strengthen its commitment to delivering vehicles that meet all customer lifestyles and are eligible for the first-car tax rebate program. Currently, Honda has five models that qualify for the first-car tax rebate from the Excise Department of the Finance Ministry. These five models are the Brio, Jazz, Jazz Hybrid, City and City CNG. Interested customers can make a car reservation to obtain the first-car tax rebate within 31 December 2012.
In addition, Honda plans to set another record in the automotive industry with the upcoming launch of its new A-car sedan. The new model will be powered by a 1.2 liter, 4-cylinder, 16-valve, 90-horsepower engine with an innovative exterior and interior design and a spacious cabin that provides comfort and convenience and a storage trunk with room enough for two golf bags. It is also fully equipped with safety equipment including an anti-lock braking system (ABS) and front dual SRS airbags in all variants. The new model will be another choice for customers in the 4th quarter, before the first-car tax rebate program ends. With the launch of the new model, Honda will have a total of six models participating in the first-car tax rebate program.
