The European Union — represented by Mr. Attila Nyitrai (third from right), Deputy Head of the EU Delegation to Thailand, and Attach? (Cooperation) Mr. Mads Korn (first from right), — and the Thai Ministry of Energy — led by Dr. Prasert Sinsukprasert (fourth from right), Director of Planning Division, Department of Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency — co-organised a two-day seminar titled “Renewable Energy Technology Implementation in Thailand: Experience Transfer from Europe” at the Dusit Thani Hotel on October 4-5, 2012 as part of continuing Thai-European efforts to support renewable energy development in Thailand.
The seminar featured highly informative sessions with many Thai and European experts in renewable energy, including Mr. Peter Jorgensen (first from left), Vice President, EnergiNet Electrical Division and Vice Chairman of ENTSO-E, Mr. Pierre Tournier (second from left), Director, Savoie Dechets, Mr. Jan Stambasky (third from left), Board Member of the European Biogas Association, Mr. Tom Cronin (fourth from left), Special Advisor, DTU Wind Energy, Mr. Paul Davison (fifth from left), Director of PROTEUS, and Mr. Sigurd Lauritsen (second from right), Chief Advisor and Climate Change Manager, Grontmij A/S.
