Three Thailand’s leading housing organizations --- Thai Condominium Association, Thai Real Estate Association and Housing Business Association --- have joined forces to organize the ‘27th Thailand House & Condo Show’ during October 11-14, 2012 at Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC). Over 150 property developers and renowned financial institutions will participate at the event with a complete range of intriguing real estate deals and home loan packages to offer. This housing fair is held in the hope to stir up residential sales in the final quarter of 2012 while 6,000 million Baht sales are expected throughout the whole event.
Mr. Thitiwat Suwiwatchai, head of the 27th House and Condo Show Organizing Committee, revealed that the event, under the lead of the Thai Condominium Association, is being held in order to promote and showcase local housing projects on the same promises of the previous exhibitions. At the fair, buyers and investors will get a chance to peruse a broad selection of over 600 enticing housing projects including detached houses, townhouses, condominiums, commercial buildings, semi-detached houses, resorts and available plots of land. The concept of this event is ‘exclusive deals: every site, every promotion and every location with more than 600 residential projects to offer throughout the four days’.
Undeniable prizes offered at the 27th House and Condo Show in order to stimulate and close sales include cash vouchers and electronic appliance giveaways from Panasonic (worth 1.5 million Baht in total). Besides, exclusive promotions from various developers and financial institutions will be presented in order to attract buyers e.g. cash discounts, freebies, full furnishing, electronic appliances, iPhone 5, SamSung Galaxy Note II, lucky draw for Nissan March and many more. Not only buyers, visitors can also try their luck to win a quarter of Bahtgold necklace for a total of 12 prizes by registering upon entry. The 27th House and Condo Show will be taking place during October 11-14 (Thu-Sun), 2012 at Zone C, 1st and 2nd floor including Plaza, QSNCC.
Mr. Thitiwat added that the Organizing Committee has allotted budget of over 20 million Baht on advertising in all media types to create consumer awareness toward this exhibition as much as possible and to throw special activities upon the opening ceremony including the presence of celebrities and TV stars as well as mini concerts to entertain guests. The Committee expects that the 27th House and Condo Show will bring about over 3,000 million Baht sales and over 6,000 million Baht post-event sales, total home loans of over 10,000 million Baht and over 100,000 visitors throughout the whole event,”
“We are all very positive that the ‘27th House and Condo Show’ will get better feedbacks from buyers and investors compared to the previous event as the consumer confidence has shown its recovery from the post-flood aftermath. Home buyers will be provided with exclusive home loan packages from various financial institutions and more residential options as numbers of housing projects which have been delayed by the flood last year seem to resume their operation and be ready to launch. In addition, the 10-15% property price hike next year will also urge the prospective buyers to finally take the exclusive housing deals at the event,” finished Mr. Thitiwat
