Siam Commercial Bank (SCB) and CIMB Thai toasted the success as the joint lead underwriters of the Quality House Hotels and Residences (QHHR) freehold and leasehold property fund initial public offering worth 3.36 billion baht. Being the largest property fund of its kind in this year, QHHR has received a warm welcome from individual and institutional investors. Quality House senior executive vice president Suwanna Buddhaprasart, CIMB Thai president and chief executive officer Subhak Siwaraksa, and SCB first executive vice president Kittiphun Anutarasoti recently joined the celebration.
