CBRE Thailand was named the winner for Best Residential Agent (Bangkok) and Best Residential Agent (Phuket) at the Thailand Property Awards ceremony on October 13th 2012. Now in the seventh year, this years’ annual Thailand Property Awards gala dinner was held at the Dusit Thani Hotel in Bangkok.
The award showcases the best of Thailand’s property industry, from real estate agents, property developers, and interior designers to architects. CBRE Thailand has been consistently recognised as the industry’s leading agent since 2007 where the company was named the Best International Agent from 2007 to 2009, Best Bangkok and Phuket Agent in 2010 and Best Bangkok, Resort and Commercial Agent in 2011 by the Thailand Property Awards.
This year’s win is testament of CBRE’s leading position in the Bangkok and Phuket markets, two of Thailand’s key residential markets. CBRE also won awards for Property Consultancy, Commercial Agent, Residential Agent Eastern Seaboard and Property Management Company.
