Mr. Suwat Tantipat, Vice Minister of Education recently presided over the award presentation ceremony of Michelin Used Tyre Design Contest hosted by Michelin Siam Company Limited in cooperation with Office of Vocational Education Commission with aims to provide the Thai youths with opportunity and venue to enhance their capability and creativity in the development of useful recycled tyre innovations as well environmental conservation with Mr. Segsarn Trai-ukos, Country Director of Michelin Siam Group and Ms. Suchala Thephabutra, Personnel Director, Michelin Siam Company Limited on hand to congratulate the winners. The winner of this project who received 100,000 baht scholarship and honorary plaque was the team from Ayutthaya Polytechnic College who designed “R Safety Bomb Bunger”. The 1st runner up was Tak Technical College Team and the 2nd runner up award went to Yala Technical College.
