NIVEA Thailand is daring confident women to step into the limelight and show the world their expression of inner and outer beauty in the NIVEA SASSY Star Search 2013 contest. The winning star will be crowned as NIVEA’s next presenter while also taking home a cash prize and a year’s worth of free NIVEA products — representing a total prize value of 500,000 baht. Applications are accepted online at http://www.niveaforlife.in.th/ until February 28, 2013.
Eligible contestants must be female, single, between 18 and 25 years of age, have completed high-school or equivalent education, and at least 170 centimeters tall. Additionally, contestants must possess an outstanding, friendly personality, a positive outlook of oneself and society at large, and strong self-confidence. 120 contestants will qualify for the finals to take part in various activities that will challenge their abilities to the limit, sassy style, with renowned experts like modeling guru Ornnapa “Ma” Krissadee and Sakchai Guy from LIPS Magazine among the panel of judges.
“Our contest wants to seek out confident women with beautiful skin who radiate energy, wit, and daring outside-the-box creativity,” said Beiersdorf (Thailand) Marketing Director Thanachai Chaikittivanich. “The panel of judges will rate contestants based on their personality, self-expression, and ideas throughout the duration of the contest. Aside from the top prizes as decided by judges, contestants will also challenge for the SASSY Girl Popular Vote trophy, whose winner will be determined by the public.
