Bangkok Bank Executive Chairman Kosit Panpiemras (center) witnessed the MOU signing ceremony between Bangkok Bank President Chartsiri Sophonpanich (2nd from right) and Executive Vice President Hitoshi Ozawa (right) and Nippon Export and Investment Insurance (NEXI) Vice Chairman Fuminori Inagaki (2nd from left) and Assistant Director Yoshitaka Fukushima (left). Under the MOU NEXI will insure loans that Bangkok Bank provides to Japanese businesses investing in Thailand. Bangkok Bank is the first non-Japanese bank that NEXI has formalized a business relationship with. The agreement enables Bangkok Bank to provide more comprehensive financial products and services to Japanese investors, while encouraging and supporting investments from Japan to Thailand.
