Bangkok Bank Senior Executive Vice President Virasak Suthanthavibul (seated 4th from left) welcomed 44 Myanmar businesspeople, including business leaders and heirs, to Bangkok Bank. They are also students in the ‘Global MBA Offshore Program’ of the University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce, Yangon, Myanmar. The visit to Bangkok Bank Head Office is for studying the bank’s service for SME business customers and information exchange on investment in Myanmar. The university is a collaboration between the University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce and the Union of Myanmar Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry (UMFCCI). This is the first year the program has opened a class in Yangon and it has received great feedback from Myanmar leaders as well as young businesspeople who applied for the program.
