Customers eligible to join the program are those applying for bill payment via automatic deduction from the Bank’s account or credit card and users of following services: bill payments, inter-bank or cross-district funds transfer, mobile phone and Easy Pass top-up and K-mAlert: Transaction Alert via the Bank’s counters, K-ATM, K-Cyber Banking, K-Mobile Banking and K-Contact Center, or cash withdrawal from K-ATM by Ume Plus Card or Aeon Card.
