Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Kittirat Na Ranong presides over the opening of the Siam Commercial Bank (SCB) booth at the Money Expo Pattaya 2013 event at the Royal Cliff Beach Resort's Pattaya Exhibition and Convention Hall (PEACH).
