Tulip Group has confirmed that they have awarded the complete construction contract to Lockbuild for their world class hotel condominium Waterfront Suites & Residence located at Bali Hai Pier in South Pattaya.
Lockbuild entered the project site in December oversee completion of the Piling works by Times Enterprise from Malaysia. Lockbuild were originally under contract for the main structure only, but Tulip has now awarded the full contract to Lockbuild.“Lockbuild have shown us in the last 3 months just how professional they are and we are completely confident that they can deliver a world class building for us” Jason Payne Tulip Group Vice President
Waterfront Suites and Residences is a 50 Story Tower which will include 300 Residential units and a 120 Room hotel, all rooms will have a 180 degree sea view and will overlook Pattaya Bay and the soon to be completed Pattaya City Marina.
