Bangkok--5 Mar--WeeM Communications
Country Group Development Public Company Limited launches the second phase of Elements Srinakarin, following the huge success of the first phase. This modern simplicity property in the thriving Srinakarin area offers over 5 rai of communal space and park. Units in the second phase will be made available at one price during March 16th and 17th, 2013 under the “One Price Party Day” campaign.
Mr.Thitipat Adiruktaradhol, Managing Director for Projects Division, Country Group Development Public Company Limited, reveals, “The first phase of Elements Srinakarin has been an immense success with reservation totaling 520 Million Baht in value. Given this positive reception, we have decided to launch the second phase of this 2 Billion Baht modern simplicity to cope with the interest of buyers. This will be marked by our ‘One Price Party Day’ event on Saturday March 16th and Sunday March 17th where one-bedroom and two-bedroom units will be offered at one price of 1.39 Million Baht and 1.99 Million Baht respectively. Down payment will be waived for ten months while furniture items and electrical appliances will be provided in full.”
“We have designed a new one-bedroom layout that offers extra comfort and convenience. One-bedroom units have proven to be very popular among first phase buyers with only a few left now. The second phase features one building with 169 one-bedroom and two-bedroom units with usable space from 30.25 to 65.35 square meters. It will be most fascinating because of its proximity to the communal areas and the park which measure over 5 rai”, adds the Managing Director. “Elements Srinakarin is successful partly because we build on older land and construction costs. We are offering units in central Srinakarin location, only 150 meters from Seacon Square, at very reasonable prices compared to competitive projects to be launched in this area. It is built on. And with the practical functionality of the buildings, Elements is simply the perfect choice for anyone looking for a condominium unit in this area.” Mr.Thitipat said.
Elements Srinakarin is located on a land plot measuring 13 rai and 89 square wah in Soi Srinakarin 40, directly opposite Seacon Square and in close proximity to Paradise Park. There are a total of 1,058 modern simplicity units in the 8-storey buildings of oriental color tone. Designed under the “Living in the Park” theme and with the Cluster 3 layout, Elements Srinakarin strategically inserts the building into the unconventionally large central green area to give residents the kind of living experience that is in touch with the nature. The functionality of each units ensures the level of comfort on par with detached houses as well.
Elements Srinakarin offers a long array of amenities including large swimming pool with separated children’s pool and jacuzzi area, gym, coin-operated washing and drying machines, stores, coffee shops, cable television services, direct telephone lines and Wi-Fi Internet covering nearly all areas of the compound. The security measures implemented are also topnotch with guards around the clock and CCTV coverage of the entire project. Residents can gain access to the lift halls using their keycard which takes them to their specific floor only.
Mr.Thitipat adds that the real property market is positive this year for buyers in need of completed projects for their own use, as well as for investors who seek better returns than interests offered by commercial banks. The condominium market will be particularly active as the cost of land plots in town and along the skytrain routes is too high for the development of townhouse and detached house projects. As such, consumers should anticipate an increase in retail price of new condominium units as well due to the costs of land, materials and construction services which have all risen over a short period of time.
“There is, however, room for growth for condominium projects in provinces immediately surrounding Bangkok and those farther out as land price has not risen with great significance. Several developers have recently taken advantage of this by initiating projects in the larger provinces where supply remains limited despite the relatively high demand.”
