Luxury Pattaya property developer Tulip Group is enjoying huge success with its latest branded residence Golden Tulip Hotel and Residence Pattaya.
The developer today reported record sales figures for the project with units now selling at 100,000 Thai baht per SQM, a figure which is unheard of for its Central city location.
Developments in this area are known to sell in the region of 55000 - 65000 SQM, a figure of 100,000 Baht per SQM is normally expected for projects either on the beach or that give sea views.
“we are very excited with the interest that has been shown in this project, it is selling very fast and achieving extremely high prices per SQM, buyers can see the quality that we are offering and this is why investors are prepared to pay these prices” said Tulip Group Vice President Jason Payne
Pattaya has seen continued growth in recent years, and interest not only from foreign buyers but also Thai investors mainly from Bangkok.
Golden Tulip Hotel and Residence Pattaya is due for official launch later next month on completion of the sales gallery and show suites.
On completion of the project which is due early 2016, Golden Tulip Hotels and Resorts will manage the hotel and the condominium.
