Mr. Wachirachai Koonamwattana, Managing Director, SCG-Sekisui Sales Co., Ltd., SCG-Sekisui Sales Co., Ltd and Mr. Toshiya Nomura, Managing Director of Sekisui-SCG Industry Co., Ltd. recently launched SCG HEIM’s modular-house factory — the largest with most advanced technologies in Asia Pacific with a production capacity of 1,000 houses per year. Together with the announcement of a new marketing campaign: “Building Tomorrow’s Home”, along with a new house series, Smart Series which aimed at the mid-level segment of housing market with construction value beginning of 5 million baht. The companies have set sales targets at 240 houses by the end of this year and 1,000 houses by 2017. The press conference was held at the Okura Prestige Bangkok Hotel.
