BMW Group Thailand BMW Group Thailand will once again take the lead in offering exciting new products and technological innovations. In 2013, up to eight model variants of BMW ActiveHybrid 3, BMW ActiveHybrid 5 and BMW ActiveHybrid 7 L are offered. All model variants of BMW ActiveHybrid use a six-cylinder in-line petrol engine in its powertrain. This is the engine which has already won the international “Engine of the Year” award two years in a row. The six-cylinder powerplant’s BMW TwinPower Turbo technology comprises a twin-scroll turbocharger, High Precision Direct Injection and VALVETRONIC fully variable valve timing. This technology package improves throttle response and revving ability as well as refinement and efficiency, while an aluminium crankcase also optimises weight.

BMW HP4 : The lightest 4-cylinder supersports bike in the 1000cc class to date.
- With the BMW HP4, the new sports motorcycle has an output of 142 kW (193 hp) and weighs just 199 kilos including Race ABS and with a 90% full fuel tank (169 kg dry weight with Race ABS).
- The BMW HP4 with Competition Package is an especially exclusive version of the motorcycle.
