Showing the outstanding technology and performance, Mitsubishi Mirage was awarded as “Car of the Year” in 2013 while Pajero Sport won “Best PPV Petrol 2WD” and Triton won “ Best Pickup CNG” for 2 consecutive years.
Mr. Nobuyuki Murahashi, President of Mitsubishi Motors (Thailand) Company Limited announced the success of Mitsubishi vehicle again after 3 major models which sold in Thai market including Mirage, Triton and Pajero Sport won 3 prizes from Car of the Year 2013 award judging by the expert committees from various field regarding to Thai automotive industry as the following awards;

Mr. Murahashi added after receiving the awards that “Mirage performed well in Car of The Year test drive and hit the highest score to win “Best Hatchback under 1,200 c.c.” This award will help to guarantee the quality of Mitsubishi vehicles sold in Thailand and also will be one of the main factors that can help to establish customer confidence and trust besides the company operations namely increasing production capacity to be able to deliver the car to customers in only 1.5 month, expanding the dealer network to serve sales growth and cover market demand which as of March, we have 186 outlets nationwide, offering the special offer for customers.”
This year, the car of the year committees awarded the MIRAGE as the Best Hatchback under 1,200 c.c. CARS” in 2013, and commended its outstanding technology and performance. Mirage showed pleasant and comfortable driving performance at acceleration, suspension, handling including the slalom test drive stations due to its main features include an electric power steering column which contributes to better handing EPS steering wheel, the compact size, small turning radios at only 4.4 meter and also provide the fuel efficiency.
