In regards to recent feedback we have received from viewers about the sudden absence of STAR World and channel M on the TrueVisions platform, as the operator of these two channels, FOX International Channels would like to express our deepest concern to Thai viewers on the matter.
We deeply regret that TrueVisions has not agreed to the terms to distribute STAR World and channel M and has decided to cease carrying these channels. FOX International Channels and TrueVisions have had a long standing partnership which we hold in the highest regard. We are hopeful that we can find a resolution at the soonest so the channels can be back on TrueVisions and our fans are not inconvenienced. We want to assure our viewers that we are committed to continuing telecast of these channels in Thailand.
Launched in 1994, STAR World (True Visions channel #54) is Asia’s trendiest and most stylish channel, offering a programme lineup of the hottest and sought-after US dramas, comedies, reality shows and special live events. Highlight programmes include Glee, How I Met Your Mother, Grey’s Anatomy and two globally acclaimed shows exclusive to STAR World — American Idol and Masterchef.
Channel M (True Visions channel #56), launched in 2009, is Asia’s leading channel for lovers of Korean culture covering music, drama, reality programs, entertainment news and lifestyle. Highlight programmes include M Countdown, KPOP Star Hunt, KPOP101, Kimchi Fanclub, The Romance and Idol.
