Mr. Santichai Boonrasri, Acting General Manager of Centara Hotel & Convention Centre Khon Kaen was pouring scented water on the hands of Mr. Somsak Suwansujarit, Governor of Khon Kaen and his wife, Mrs. Nipa Suwansujarit, President of Khon Kaen Red Cross Association to show a respect and to beg for their blessings on the annual occasion of Thai New Year, Songkran Festival held at Khon Kaen Governor’s house on last Wednesday 10 April 2013.
