Mrs. Kittiya Todhanakasem (center), Chairman, and Mr. Rathian Srimongkol (right, standing), President & Chief Executive Officer, with Board of Directors of “KTC” or Krungthai Card Public Company Limited, announced the 2012 performance at the 11th shareholders meeting. The company reported a net profit of 255 Million Baht with a resolution to pay dividend for the year 2012 to the shareholders at the rate of 0.40 Baht per one ordinary share. The meeting was held recently at Plaza Athenee Hotel.
