Mr. Dhanin Chearavanont (5th left), Chairman and CEO of Charoen Pokphand Group (CP) and Chairman of CP ALL Public Company Limited, together with Mr. Korsak Chairasmisak (4th left) Chief Executive Officer of CP ALL Public Company Limited signed a Siam Makro share purchase agreement with Mr. Stehpan Nanninga (6th left) Director of SHV Nederland N.V.(SHV) for a total of Baht 188,880 million at Hong Kong recently. For the acquisition of shares, the Siam Commercial Bank Plc is appointed as Sole Financial Advisor and one of the Joint Mandated Lead Arrangers and Underwriters.
