Sansiri Public Company Limited, the No.1 residential property developer in Thailand, has recently appointed CBRE Thailand’s Residential Sales Services team as the joint sales agent for Baan Mai Khao, Sansiri’s first premium-class beachfront condominium development on Mai Kao Beach, Phuket. Comprising 206 units in six three-story condominium buildings and three five-story buildings, this sprawling 5.41- acre beachfront project on Phuket’s secluded Mai Khao beach offers one to three bedrooms and penthouses ranging in size from 640 sq. ft. to 2,540 sq. ft. Sansiri’s signature after-sales services and professional concierge service are also offered exclusively for owners. Prices start from USD 240,000 per unit.
The project is slated for completion in mid-2015.
