Sri Ayudhya Capital PCL held its AYUD’s 64th AGM Meeting led by Mr. Veraphan Teepsuwan, Chairman and Mr. Rowan D’Arcy, President & CEO of Sri Ayudhya Capital PCL. The shareholders approved the resolution for the payment of dividend for year 2012 at the rate of Bht. 0.38 per share, or 62.03% of net profit totaling Bht. 95 million.
