Thai Tap Water Supply Plc. announced total revenue on first quarter performance, with 24.5%. YoY growth as the resulted from 3.5% sale volume growth and additional 324.6 million baht corporate income tax refund.
Mr. Sompodh Sripoom, Managing Director of Thai Tap Water Supply Plc. (TTW) revealed that from 1st quarter audited financial report, the total revenue of TTW and its subsidiary is 1,657.4 million baht, increased 24.5% comparing with the same period last year with total revenue of 1,331.5 million baht. Net profit is 873.8 million baht with the growth of 47.8% comparing with same period of last year with the net profit of 591.3 million baht. The achievement comes from water sale volume growth at Q1/2013 that TTW and its subsidiary water sale was 67.1 million cu.m., increased 3.6% comparing with the same period of last year with 64.8 million cu.m. and another 324.6 million baht corporate income tax refund from its subsidiary. As of 31 March 2013, TTW's total asset is 24,328.6 million baht, total liabilities is 13,986.0 million baht and total shareholders ' equity is 10,342.6 million baht.
Mr. Sompodh Sripoom, “further disclosed that currently the company is preparing to enter into the bidding of waste to power plant with capacity of approximately 6 MGW in one municipality, and expected the bidding period would be at the end of Q2/2013.”
