The non-subordinated, unsecured debentures with bondholder representatives, rated A by TRIS Rating will be offered at not more than 6 billion Baht to institutional and large corporate investors. They are of 3-year-plus-1-month and 5-year maturities, with interest payable quarterly. The fund raised via the issue of debentures will be used for debt repayment and investment in property projects by Pruksa Real Estate. Pruksa debentures are an interesting investment vehicle for institutional investors seeking investment in debt instruments of a property developer with sound financial standing.
