United Overseas Bank (Thai) Public Company Limited held its 21st Ordinary General Meeting (OGM) on Friday April 26, 2013.
The OGM was chaired by Mr. Wee Ee Cheong, Deputy Chairman, UOB Thailand.. Other OGM attendees included:

The agenda included the consideration and confirmation of the minutes of the 20th OGM, the notation of the Annual Report of the Board of Directors, the consideration and approval of Financial Statements for year ended 31 December 2012, and the consideration and approval of the appointment of directors to replace those retiring by rotation.
