Park Plaza Sukhumvit Bangkok has introduced a fresh and flavorful lunchtime menu at its Caf? On 2 (CO2) restaurant. The ‘Daily Lunch Special’ menu invites diners to savor an ‘all you can eat’ salad and fruit buffet, and a unique ‘main dish of the day’ showcasing the best of local and international favourites, for just 259 Baht nett per person.
Highlights of the new menu includes refreshing salads such as Yam Nua Yang (spicy grilled beef salad), Yam Salmon Thod (spicy deep-fried salmon salad) and salmon carpaccio, as well as international mains such as seabass with polenta, fillet mignon with roast potatoes, lemon spring chicken with fries, Chardonnay saut?ed tiger prawns with squid ink pasta, and barbequed pork spare ribs with roast potatoes, all created by in-house chef Anan Pakawirutikul.
