Our Thai chef Chamlong Pewthaisong, (chef Jimmy), provides inspiration to lovers of exciting cuisine this June with a specially created, amazing menu for both lunch and dinner from 9-30 June 2013.
Chef Jimmy’s exquisite highlight dishes for this June include:
- Deep-fried Crab, White Onion with Chili Sauce
- Crispy Soft Shell Crab with Thai Aromatic Herb Salad
- Spicy Duck Salad, Roasted Rice, Chilii Powder and Thai Aromatic Herbs
- Wok-fried Prawns, Water Lily Stems, Shiitake Mushrooms and Soy bean Paste
- Blue Swimmer Crab Meat and Coconut Palm Heart in Yellow Curry
- Wok-fried Maine Lobster, Celery, Onion in Yellow Curry
Celadon opens daily: Lunch from 12:00 to 15:00 hrs. Dinner from 18:30 to 23:00 hrs.
