Record-breaking sales at DDProperty Show #4
Deals done worth more than THB155 million
A record-breaking number of deals were done at DDproperty.com’s fourth Property Showcase event which took place in Bangkok recently.
The seven-day show at Central Plaza Rama 9 saw transactions worth THB155 million sealed for 54 units in Bangkok and Pattaya.
Napong Panthong, Head of Marketing for DDproperty.com, said the show was a great success in terms of sales volume and values due to the rising demand in high-rise properties from Thai buyers. He also attributed the success of the event to the strength of DDproperty’s extensive online marketing, as well as its position as Thailand’s number one property website.
Napong added: “The success of this event also reflects the ongoing demand for properties in the city, especially condominiums. Areas on Ratchada and Rama 9 roads, which are considered to be Bangkok’s secondary business districts, have now become the latest hotspots for property buyers and investors.”
The next edition of DDproperty Show takes place between July 18-24 at Central Plaza Ladprao in Bangkok.
