Recently at KASIKORNBANK Head Office, Mr. Vasin Vanichvoranun, Executive Vice President of KASIKORNBANK, and Mr. Chanond Ruangkritya, CEO and President of Ananda Development Pcl., signed a 1.35-billion-Baht loan agreement for construction of IDEO S9 condominium, a 30-story building with 1,262 units, located on prime area of Ratchapruek Road (Taksin-Tha Phra), 300 meters from Pho Nimit BTS Station. The condominium’s target customers are medium- to medium-high income earners who work in urban and central business areas.
