Mr. Viboon Kromadit, Director and Chief Marketing Officer of Amata Corporation PLC reveals, “Our relationship with TICON started in October 1994 when TICON bought the first land plot for its ready-built factories in Amata Nakorn. Since then we have become good business alliance in providing land and factories for rent to support our customers. TICON’s ready-built factories provide an effective alternative for customers who want a quick start of their business enabling them to begin business and manufacturing operation with a shorten start-up period. With this, a number of customers can later expand its business by building their own manufacturing facilities in our industrial estates and continuously benefit from the international standard infrastructure and facilities AMATA provides.”
“AMATA is very happy and proud of the long-term partnership we have had with TICON, a major and leading developer of factories for rent in Thailand. Today’s land purchase contract signing once again reaffirms our close-tied relationship. Thailand still has a bright future for industrial investment and we believe that AMATA and TICON will grow together along with the growing investment in Thailand.”, stated Mr Viboon.
“With its strong economic fundamentals, Thailand will continue to attract foreign investment into the country. TICON is confident that demand for factories for rent will grow along side with industrial estates development. In addition to the partnership with AMATA, TICON will continue to expand its business in major industrial estates throughout the country while seeking opportunity for investment in other countries”, concluded Mr. Virapan.
