9 Industrial Operators United to Launch “Rak Choomchon”To raise industrial standard and develop quality of life of Nakorn Luang District community in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya for Sustainable Co-existence
Mr. Suraphong Cheingtong (6th left), Inspectors General, Ministry of Industry, Mr. Phakaphong Tavipatana (7th left), Vice Governor of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, and 9 executives present the MOU to organize “Rak Choomchon”, a group created by nine cement industrial operators and coal importers in Nakorn Luang District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province. The group is aimed to push for a standard operation and development of eco-friendly industry, and to seek to care for a quality of life of a community in order to ensure a sustainable and mutual co-existence of business, community, society and environment.
“Rak Choomchon” is a joint cooperation of nine cement industrial operators and coal importers operating in Nakorn Luang District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province, which include Thai Cement Manufacturers Association (TCMA), SCG, Siam City Cement Public Co., Ltd., Asia Cement Public Co., Ltd., Banpu Public Co., Ltd., Asia Green Energy Public Co., Ltd., Lanna Resources Public Co., Ltd., Unique Mining Services Public Co., Ltd., and Premthai Energy Ltd.
