CBRE, the sole agent for Bhiraj Tower at EmQuartier, has successfully negotiated with Regus, the world's largest provider of flexible workplaces to commit to lease almost 2,000 sq.m. of grade A office space before the building’s completion in Q4 2014. Regus will use the premium office space to expand its presence across Bangkok's key business locations. Its new flexible workspaces at the building will join a network of business centres that spans 600 cities in 100 countries.
