Building on thirteen years of successful BMW business in the northeastern region,
Sky Autohaus has marked the official opening of the first fully fledged MINI dealership outside of Bangkok. The newest MINI dealership at Sky Autohaus in KhonKaen is also another milestone forBMW Group Thailand’s business expansion after a recent announcement to begin the local assembly of the popular MINI Countryman at BMW Manufacturing Thailand plant.
Among those attending the ceremony was Mr. Matthias Pfalz, President BMW Group Thailand who said: “Since MINI first arrived in Thailand back in 2002 it has been a thrill to see so many people take the iconic car to their hearts. I hope that the opening of this new dealership, the first of its kind outside of Bangkok, will meanthat we will see more of these cultural icons on the roads of the Northeast.”
Commenting on the long relationship between BMW Group Thailand and Sky Autohaus, Mr. Matthias Pfalz added: “Over the years, Sky Autohaus has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to delivering only the best in sales and service and as such has delivered highest sales volume for BMW outside of Bangkok during the past decade. Sky Autohausemploys 70 staff to run its sales, marketing, customer service, after-sales and overall business operations. The dealership has achieved the highest-ever sales of over 800 million baht in 2012, selling more than 250 BMW cars and is targeting another best-ever sales records again in this year.
As the most important aspect of an authorized MINI dealership, MINI service is dedicated state-of-the-art after-sales service area with a total of 10 work bays for both BMW and MINI customers. Highly skilled andtrained service advisors / mechanics are on hand to provide MINI quality services and support to allMINI owners in the Northeast region, whilst Sky Autohaus staff receive regular training from BMW Group Thailand training centre to ensure that they provide the highest levels of service and professionalism to further enhance customers’ brand experiences and provide a total solution for all the sales and service needs of our customers in the long term.
