dtac celebrates the opening of a new dtac hall on 3rd floor of Maya Lifestyle Shopping Center, located right at the heart of Chiang Mai on Nimmanhaemin Road. The new dtac hall provides latest innovative services, creating a good customer experience in using the service, and responds to customers who want to use mobile internet in the 3G era. The shop is designed with flashy decoration that reflects the characteristics of dtac.
Mr. Chaiyod Chirabowornkul, Chief Customer Officer, Total Access Communication PLC (dtac) said, “This is the 2nd dtac hall that we open here in Chiang Mai following our first dtac hall at Central Festival to support the mega lifestyle shopping mall trend in Chiang Mai. According to the NBTC’s study on the Thai’s telecom usage behavior, the ratio of mobile internet connectivity in the country grew from 18.4% in 2012 to 31.9% in 2013. The mobile internet ratio in the North was as high as 24.3%.
