Mercedes-Benz Service Plus products available cover the expense of genuine parts and labor for regular maintenance, major Wear and Tear replaced under normal usage condition as well as for obliged warranty work depending on conditions specified in each package. “Customers can extend warranties for their cars up to 5 years with unlimited mileage under Mercedes-Benz Service Plus program. This new service program will ensure customers with higher resale value and maintaining vehicle safety condition since only Mercedes-Benz Genuine Parts and Mercedes-Benz Lubricants are used. Ultimately, our new service releases customers from unexpected Service expenses and hence provides transparent overview of “Total Costs of Ownership” without any risks on inflation and price increment. Under Mercedes-Benz Service Plus, 4 service packages are offered as follows: Compact – covering expenses for regular Service interval with unlimited mileage. Advance – covering warranty extension in the 4th or 5th year after the end of standard vehicle warranty under the same conditions as 3 years standard vehicle warranty with unlimited mileage. Extra – covering both expenses for regular Service interval and warranty extension for the 4th or 5th year after the end of standard vehicle warranty with unlimited mileage.
