Join us for a relaxed evening of fine wines and gourmet Italian cuisine at Rossini’s.
On Thursday March 27, Chef Paride will serve an enticing 4-course set menu of his modern Italian cuisine at a special “Wine & Dine Evening at Rossini’s”. Each course will offer a choice of three outstanding dishes to enjoy in the enchanting Tuscan villa setting.
Chef Paride’s appetizers will include slow cooked wild salmon, baby beetroot and asparagus, a comforting Tuscan artichoke soup with 24-month aged Parmesan, and delicately flavored seared scallops and caramelized cauliflower scented with vanilla. There’ll also be delicious pasta and risotto dishes such as roasted veal-filled pansotti with truffle sauce, freshly made strozzapreti pasta with seafood and light tomato sauce, and a rich and creamy risotto with fava beans and taleggio cheese. Main dishes will include succulent seared lamb loin with peperonata and raw zucchini, perfectly cooked fillet of black cod with potato foam and Taggiasche olives, and a vegetarian dish of wild mushroom lasagnetta with Parmigiano emulsion. Each delicious dish will be paired with an outstanding wine from the award-winning “primoVino by Rossini’s” cellar.
The special evening will end with a choice of tempting desserts such as Manjari chocolate with a raspberry coulis and hazelnut crisp, a light meringue and vanilla parfait with fresh berries, and Chef Paride’s own interpetation of an Italian classic, tiramisu Rossini, followed by tea or coffee.
At the memorable evening guests can order and dine at their leisure from 18.00 - 22:30 hrs.
The “Wine & Dine Evening at Rossini’s” is just Baht 3,200 net per person.
