Chef Chamlong (Jimmy) Pewthaisong is preparing six special seafood dishes, selections from the finest of treasures of the sea - including Soft Shell Crab, Manila Clam, Prawn and Ruby Fish seasoning with the freshest ingredients and herbs. A very unique dining experience to be enjoyed while dining alongside our picturesque lotus pond. (Lunch and dinner.)
