Mitsubishi Motors Thailand unveils the customers satisfaction survey result that 95.7 percent are satisfied with performance, steering wheel control and precise braking system of Mitsubishi Triton.
Mr. Masahiko Ueki, the president of Mitsubishi Motors (Thailand) Company Limited reports that the company has conducted customers satisfaction survey of Mitsubishi Triton to measure customers satisfaction and obtain information for developing product in order to meet customer needs. The survey target was Mitsubishi Triton customers total of 1,440 people on 14 issue including exterior, interior, facilities, engine, driving system, suspension and fuel consumption. The survey results show that 95.7% are satisfied with performance, steering wheel control and precise braking systems while 92.5% are satisfied with engine power and acceleration and 91% are satisfied with interior design. The results is one of the good proves that can guarantee how Triton’s quality is.
“It is very desirable that Mitsubishi Triton’s score for overall satisfaction is high, especially in driving performance, power, acceleration and interior design. The result also reflected that of Mitsubishi Triton can meet the needs of the market and customer both in performance and usage” Ueki said
In addition, Mr. Adithep Siwaraksawong, the former champion of car rally in Thailand and has been Mitsubishi customer for longer than 20 years guaranteed on the performance of Mitsubishi Triton. Adithep that “Mitsubishi Triton is the multi-purpose pickup that is value for money that really respond to my desire, especially, performance, handling, durability, cheap maintenance cost, and efficient fuel consumption".
Mr. Surapong Sookpoorana, owner of Mitsubishi Triton 4-wheel drive also shared that “Mitsubishi Triton meets all my needs such as driving system, excellent suspension, precise cornering, precise handling, large cabin and wide cargo space. They are all available in Mitsubishi Triton that responds all of my lifestyle and daily usage”
