Chef Tussanee Putkaew creates the six-course dinner featuring enriching and unique Thai flavours from Thai-style Oyster Ceviche to Tom Yum Lobster to Gae Ka-prao. Each course is perfected with the great balance of fine wines from Sogrape winery. Salathip’s wine connoisseur delicately teases the palate with the best wine pairing for diners.
