It’s the truffle season and Chef Omar Ugoletti is delighted to create a black truffles menu for guests to experience the extravagance of what is often deemed “Black Diamonds” in the culinary world at Angelini, Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok from today to 30 November 2014.
The highly-prized, mythical ingredient and its earthy aroma is showcased in the “Truffle Elevation – Black Truffles Menu” with six dishes masterfully crafted by Angelini’s Chef de Cuisine Omar Ugoletti. Guests can experience this special menu with mouthwatering dishes, such as Housemade Tagliolini Pasta with Lemon and Black Truffle; Grilled Lamb Chops with Spinach, Roasted Polenta and Black Truffle; and Tartare of Australian Beef Tenderloin with Ice Cream of Parmesan, Porcini Mushroom and Black Truffle.
